Implemetation of a network etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-endocert_light_separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>3.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Discussion of unsolved questions from the questionnaire<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\"><strong>a)<\/strong>&nbsp;Step by step discussion of the questionnaire items<br><strong>b)<\/strong> Clarification of open\/unclear issues. Especifically during recertifications the last notes and nonconformitis will be reviewed again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-endocert_light_separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>4.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Discussion with some core partners, e.g.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\"><strong>a)<\/strong>&nbsp;Anaesthesiology: pain management acute and chronic<br><strong>b)<\/strong>&nbsp;General surgery: interdisciplinary planning and implementation of operations<br><strong>c)<\/strong>&nbsp;Reproductive medicine unit: description of responsibilities and treatment implenetation. The decision, which core partners will participate is left to the head of the endometriosis centre &#8211; depending also on availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of recertification, certain core partners are only required in special cases. In advance this will be communicated in the pre-audit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-endocert_light_separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>5.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspection of relevant facilities of the endometriosis centre\/clinic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\"><strong>a)<\/strong>&nbsp;e.g. out patient department<br><strong>b)<\/strong>&nbsp;e.g. operating theatres<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-endocert_light_separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>6.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Demonstration of state-of-the-art therapy by means of review of at least 5 in-patient and 5 out-patient records. Please have records of all endometriosis patients counted in the questionnaire ready for random selection. Electronic access is sufficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"padding-left:var(--wp--preset--spacing--50)\"><strong>a)<\/strong>&nbsp;Review of diagnostics and imaging procedures (ultrasound, MRI)<br><strong>b)<\/strong>&nbsp;Review of surgical and pathology reports<br><strong>c)<\/strong>&nbsp;Therapeutic recommendations for referring physician<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-endocert_light_separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>7.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Miscellaneous<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Head or deputy of the endometriosis centre\/-clinic is expected to be present throughout the entire audit, other partners according to availability.
